OHIO TITANS GO 5-0-1 TO WIN 3RD NATIONAL BIRTH

SYLVANIA - The Ohio Titans 12 year old travel baseball team in a come from behind victory beat the AABC Maryland State Champions 6-4 to win the Super Series July 4th Invitational Tournament held in Sylvania.  The Titans opened the Tourney with wins over Michigan's CLIO Mustangs 20-0 and  Sylvania's Sidewinders 24-1. They tied with Indiana's Columbia City Reds 6-6 and finished their pool with a 7-6 win over the Indiana Bears.  In the Semi-Final game, the Titans avenged the earlier tie with a 14-4 victory.  The Titans have already won the Triple Crown Invitational in Cincinnati for a birth to the World Series in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  Earlier this spring, they won the Ann Arbor Braves Spring Showcase for a birth to the USSSA World Series in Kansas.  They have also won the early spring Walbridge Tournament.  Their record is currently 45-5-1.
