Revised/Corrected the ChipScan Numbers on the Hat & Cane Mold Vs the "Long Cane Version" file to be consistent with the correct file names...

Added a Westward Ho NCV 5 chip from Las Vegas, NV.

Added a jpg file to show the effects of resampling a larger image to a smaller one. In this example, from 360 dpi to 100 dpi Vs and image scanned in at 100 dpi. The comparison image file is 67474 Bytes in length.

Note: The 100 dpi image is sharper then the resampled one.
