Alright, I am throwing this page together quickly! I am going to try to make it look pretty this weekend.

The scoop is, I was out at the property last weekend, and it looks great. Almost a perfect Hare Scramble property. It is so high and dry there is no chance we are going to have a rain out like so many unfortunate clubs last year. I am going to the property this Saterday to lay some trail and we will see how the actual track developes. It is looking very good. The road in is paved plus maybe a mile or two of quality graded gravel road. Nothing like last year. Those quarter million dollar RVs will be able to dance around each other. The parking area is superb. There is even a lake on the side of the parking area that the land owner says we can go swimming in. I mean, does it get much better than this?
