Wash rice in water and drain it. Crush garlic and ginger into paste or use garlic
and ginger paste. Cut onion, coriander leaves and chili finely and keep it aside.
In the pan put the oil and add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, cashews, aniseed and
chilies. Fry till it becomes golden brown. Add onions also fry it till golden
brown and add water. Add drained rice when water starts boiling and put the lid.
Leave it till rice is cooked soft and moisture is absorbed completely. In a bowl
beat the eggs and add little bit of salt and stir it. Put little bit of oil in the
pan put the stirred egg into the pan. Once it is ready break omellete into pieces
and add it to the cooked rice. Add coriander leaves before serving
