These are my mmc caps just arrived in the mail, they are Cornell-Dubilier catalog #942C16P33K, 0.33MFD 1600Vdc/600Vac, with dv/dt of just under 2000. I am in the process of setting them up for mounting in a poly cutting board.

This is one panel looking from the top, 33 caps in series giving 0.01MFD, 52800Vdc/19800Vac, each fitted with a 10Meg bleed resistor on the rear side of the panel, see below

Some other views of the completed mmc, 9 panels in parallel X 0.01MFD giving 0.09MFD, with another 'spare' panel if I need it or to help tune in a larger secondary. Note the proximity of each panel, because they are in parallel, there is no voltage differential between individaul components on adjacent panels.
