Giant Scale "DragonHawk" Vehicle

Kurt has designed and fabricated one of his own Giant Scale designs that will be  primarily used as payload carrier.  The design particulars are as follows:    - Max Gross Weight:    25 lbs    - Payload:                     10 lbs    - Wing Span:                126.9 in    - Main Wing Spar:        Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, Balsa, Plywood    - Rear Spar:                  Carbon Fiber Rod    - Fuselage Length:      71 in    - Fuselage Width:         6.4 in    - Landing Gear:            Conventional Tricyle    - Fuel System:               Pressurized Wing Root Tanks    - Fuel Capacity:             24 Fluid Ounces    - Construction:              Carbon Fiber/Foam/Composite/Balsa/Plywood    - Propulsion:                  K&B .82 with a Dynamax Ducted Fan Status as of October 2002 Kurt has put four flights on the aircraft so far with very good success!  Stay tuned for more photos.
