2) To share with non-believers the glory that is Skinner and bring them into the fold through the following means: through the articulate verbal expression of His many masculine attributes and ass-ets; through exposure to the Physical Perfection that is Skinner by frequent bombardment of visual stimuli, including, but not limited to, the volleyball pic located at http://www.angelfire.com/oh3/Sanctum2/mitchvb3.jpg or any of the other numerous tasty pictures on the Mitchly Mecca http://www.angelfire.com/oh3/Sanctum2/MitchlyMecca.htm; and through the use of fanfiction, where we celebrate His Noble Spirit, Protective Nature, Surly Countenance and Extreme Sensuality. 3) To commune with our Sister Wenches in all things Surly, and to share with each other equally His time, His affections, His wisdom and His desires; to show each other respect and friendship; to support each other in turbulent, Skinner-less times; and to encourage one another in our pursuit of a higher awareness of Our Lord Skinner by providing a flame-less environment in which we can cavort and frolic lustily, proclaiming freely our love for and devotion to THE MAN.

1)  To increase membership by converting non-believers to the Temple of Skinner through the 
means listed in our Mission statement.

2) If those non-believers will not be swayed to the Sanctity and Goodness that is Skinner, to gently and politely discourage their wanton, indiscriminate and sad ramblings, and to forgive their bad manners as they know not what they do. 3) To comfort and provide support to fellow Wenches in good times and bad, in VR and RL, and to put in a good word for them to the SPG when they're in dire need of some extra lovin' and attention. 4) To provide the same support, comfort and attention to the SPG Himself, at any time of day or night should the need...arise <ahem>. 5) To Establish and Maintain the Temple of Skinner for holy communions with The Surly Lord, Rites of Passage, New Wench Initiations and Other Rituals or Orgies, um, Organized Festivities as He sees fit. 6) To actively campaign for increasing utilization of Skinner in Season 8 as well as any additional Seasons (by the grace of CC and Fox Studios), and any X-Files movies that should be made in the future. To nag, pester, cajole, plead, harass, coerce and persuade (through all and any means at our disposal) CC into giving Skinner a more active role, a more intelligent role, and to have Skinner wear less on a regular basis... :) 7) To welcome with open hearts and arms those associates who respect our love for His Studliness, and share our joy in being silly, creative, and just plain zany. 8) To actively seek out all Mitchly appearances, guest spots, interviews and non-XF projects and share what we find with our sister Wenches; as All is Skinner, so All is Good.
