This flow chart is designed for all Republicans to follow. It was obtained by secret means known only to Jimmy Hoffa. This is the methodology all Republicans follow whenever there is some sort of economic or political problem. Some examples are when we had a Republican president (Regan/Bush) and the economy went into a sharp downturn (81-82/90-91) or as some might say, the dumper. Other problems that creep up are unemployment, educational issues, medical care problems and many others.
