Birthsiblings

definition: people who have a brother or sister who was placed for adoption

There is an old saying that says, "Your parents and your children will eventually leave you. Only your siblings are there for you throughout your life." All siblings have a special bond, whether they have been raised together, or have been separated by adoption. Like adoptees, they also had no say in the adoption decision, but the adoption changed their lives forever, by denying them a life with their brother or sister.

Below are some stories from birthsiblings, and how they feel about adoption.
