Although protection got him in the class you can’t say he’s stupid.
Like his cousin Tomer Wittman, rumored to head the Israeli
mob, Yair has ambitions of his own. He hopes to achieve these ambitions
using his state of Palavania. Conquest of various territories, abuse of
defeated civilians and destruction of culture are just some of his satanic
goals.
He may pretend to have a peaceful country but be ware,
for he cannot be trusted. It is only an act so that he may recruit as much
members as possible. When the time comes and he will reveal his true face
it will be too late... unless we manage to stop him first.

Prime Minister of Palavania, Oded
Webman (a.k.a. Yanko): Fresh out of the rehabilitation program for
the criminally insane he lurks within the shadows. Apparently his rehabilitation
was not very successful and he is still very dangerous.
His cruelty and violent tendencies are superseded only
by his superior the president. He is a very unstable person therefore the
PLAP organization considers him a threat.
His police file is suspiciously missing, however we suspect
he is guilty of the following crimes: Arsenal of the Jerusalem forest,
cruelty to animals and several other crimes against humanity.

This agent is responsible for the discovery of the Our
Leader’s identity. We only have suspicions as to who this Agent is. So
if you have proof as to who is Agent D’, contact us at once. Agent D’ is
currently number 2 on our hit list.
Commander of the PABFF, Gal Jacobi:
This greedy member of Palavania is the commander of the
Palavanian military known is the PABFF.
In exchange for his service in the state this member
was promised the control of any aquatic territory that will be captured
when Palavania begins its conquest voyage.
So far we have not seen any real activity by the PABFF
but we are certain that this is a strong group with which we will come
to conflict sometime in the near future.
The PLAP organization suspects that the name
Gal Jacoby is infact an alias and that the real Gal Jacoby has faked his
own death a long time ago. We belive he is actually one of the charecters
