The following links and web pages are my offerings to the Internet surfers. I hope that there is useful information to be found and discovered here. A little something for the serious and the not so serious.

I have tried to put together a great web site for those who are self informed individuals that want to continue on and learn about the government, legal system, courts, and case law for themselves. I hope that there is enough material here to get one started and something for the experienced researcher to find an acceptable starting point for further research and reference, as well. There is a considerable amount of self-help legal information to get one started. There is a considerable bit more information to be found here than what I had access to when I first decided to look into legal issues for myself!

I do hope that this page is more than a chance to stand on my, and sometimes yours, SOAPBOX and express my frustration with those who are our elected government officials, and also those non elected public officials appointed to their various public service jobs.

Many people are led to believe they have rights and the law protects them, which is true. When the law is applied in equity and impartially, the law can be just, fair and beneficial to an ordered, yet free society. It is the legal profession that throws these rights away so as not to inconvenience the courts with your rights. AND THEY GET PAID TO DO THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Attorneys are the number two cause and reason for of the erosion of the rights of the people when these rights should be exercised before the courts at the time the Constitution provides your rights should be exercised.

The number one reason your rights have been eroded is your failure to learn, understand and exercise these rights.

Your rights are there, but not in the way you have been lead to believe they are there!

Most of all I hope that somehow, and in some way , this page helps others out and sparks some energy and interest in being an informed and concerned citizen. After all our Founding Fathers imagined and created one of the first government's that was intended for the citizen to participate in, and not just be ruled, or governed! Good luck!

THIS WEB SITE HAS A SECTION FOR CHILDREN'S RIGHTS ISSUES ONLY

It is my prayer and hope that someday our society, social services and the court system may actually work to protect our most precious resource, the children. Until then the Internet may be one of the most significant factors in presenting these issues and building awareness of the needs our children have and their rights to society's protection and respect for children and a child's rights to the many wonders and positive experiences of childhood. The rights of all children to learn and grow while experiencing the wonder and joy of life is also an important need for any civilized society to be motivated to encourage and protect its own future.
