In both versions Jesus Christ says that he is the Bright and Morning Star. |

Lucifer is mentioned in the KJV bible only once, he is not found in the NIV at all. Instead the NIV has replaced Lucifer with the "morning star", which according to the previous scripture is the Lord Jesus Christ. !? Confused. The Mormons use this verse to prove that the Lord Jesus and Lucifer are the same person. The Kjv does not make this grave error. |

Let us agree that the mystery of godliness was great, but what was the mystery of godliness? The KJV says God being manifest in the flesh. The NIV on the other hand says He appeared in a body, but who is He, in the NIV? Well Jesus Christ, so is Jesus Christ God? Not in this verse of the NIV He isn’t. The Jehovah’s Witness believe Jesus is a lesser God. They are loyal NIV readers. There are few scriptures saying that Jesus Christ is and is equal to God in all things. You might believe this, but find it unequivically in the NIV, not an easy job. |

Once again the NIV perverts and mistranlates ‘God’ to Jesus Christ. Did God lay down his life for us? Yes you say, grab your NIV and prove it! |

This is probably the most perverse of all the errors. The NIV deletes the eternal truth that the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost are one. Once again removing evidence that the Lord Jesus Christ is the fullness of God in a body. |
