Our job page and other pages are being improved on and redesigned by Calvin Poon (Solectron) and Jake Killion (Adaptec) who recently agreed to share in helping us maintain this site (trading off every two weeks or so). Thanks Calvin and Jake! Although performance was quite good on Netscape, people who used Microsoft Internet Explorer experienced a much slower response and screen scroll, possible due to the Geocities logo that floats on each screen. Calvin put each job listing on a separate pa e, so access to each job detail comes up faster. He also incorporated the employer's spiffy logos into the page, as well as the TEI logos into the background. Your feedback is important to us. You can send an email with specific suggestions as to the Job pages to us at: Santa.Clara.TEI@usa.net in the Subject line, please write "Job Page". Seth Wu
