In various reports of human rights violations, individuals are identified by name. In many cases, those names are presented below in several pages of names.

In many cases, the name is associated with a crime, but no court has convened and no trial has been held. It is useful to list names here in order to develop an understanding of trends and patterns, but it should be remembered that in case of any crime, an individual must be considered innocent until proved guilty in a court of law, and unless the record states that such a trial has taken place, one should assume that it has not.
