The whole organization is entirely voluntary, non-sectarian, non-profit, unsalaried and community-based.     Its structure is unique in that it operates in two distinct parts, each of which has two separate and variable main functions.

          The Round-Table, itself, represents all who have become loosely linked together as subscribers (individuals, groups or larger organizations).     As it is not an orthodox association with a fixed platform, programme and aims and objects, it does not have, nor needs, a normal constitution or membership fees.     Instead, interested people and existing groups and organizations come together at various times simply to share thoughts, plans, efforts and goals which are far harder, or often unattainable, on their own.

          All subscribers, whether being a single individual or representing 3 or 300 or more members, stand completely equal to one another, have equal time to speak freely on what issues they wish, and in no way suffering change or restriction to their own autonomy, identity, principles or philosophy.

          As distinct from that Round-Table concept, the Alliance comes into effect only when certain, or possibly all, subscribers reach common agreement on a given issue and on how they should act with it.     Where a majority of the Round-Table decide to participate in such an Alliance (where necessary, allowing time for delegates of given subscribers to have their proposals ratified), the individual subscribers are encouraged to publicly use both their own name and that of the Patriotic Round-Table Alliance.     If those wanting to participate are a minority, they must describe themselves as a minority Alliance else by another name and if making reference to the Patriotic Round-Table Alliance, it must be only to do with its general working principles.

          The Council shall form the said other part of the organization, acting not as a centralised or controlling force but as a voluntary service and co-ordinating body to aid the subscribers, individually and collectively as they so desire.     Its other function shall be to uphold and oversee this organization's, and this nation's, basic, God-given common law charters which protect all our individual rights, freedoms and responsibilities -- being the very aims and values which attract people and groups to subscribe to PRTA (Australia).
