I have been taking photographs since I was about 14. I thought it was magic then, and I still feel the same way now. I have met some interesting people, been some fantastic places, received assistance in unexpected ways from unlikely people. I have not loved every minute of it. I have always loved the work but the associated tasks of showing, selling, promoting my work has always been a chore.

I have worked in many different ways with lots of different equipment in a lot of different locations. I have loved them all, at least as much as you can imagine loving a camera. I am working with a Hasselblad X-PAN now and I love that camera. I didn't love my Mamiya RB-67, but adored my Mamiya 6. My favorite might be Canon EOS 1. I owned two Nikkormats but that is the extent of my Nikon experience.
