Fortunately I have no probs with talking a lot about federalism. First I would like to discribe how someone define the ideology & how I would describe it. One thing do every agree in; that the national states will get smaller power. It's also pretty obvious that it will create a much more democratic world. What we, the federalists, can't get agree about, is if federalism is an ideology that both will move power down & up in the system, or just up. I'm sure as billions of bombs that it's just if we move the power up to an international niveau we will change the world a lot. What's so fantastic with removing tasks from national to regional & local niveaus, I can't see. |
