RECRUITING is a task for ALL members. We must seek out retirees, survivors, member spouses and active duty employees and convince them of the value of membership.RETENTION of current members is equally important to insure that recruitment really increases membership. While Chapter officials have the major task & tools to accomplish this task, every member should be called upon to help. Perhaps you worked with them, live near them or golf, bowl or play cards with them and can assist in the recruitment.
