LAO AND THAI NATIONAL SECURITY AGENTS DESTROY HMONGS IN WAT THAMKRABOK

After a Hmong American was gunned down in Wat Thamkrabok, intelligent source leaked information from Vientiane, from the Lao Xang Xat, said that Lao and Thai National Security Agents joined hands to destroy Hmongs in Wat Thamkrabok.

The source said Thai Government has a difficulty to solve the problems in Wat Thamkrabok. Every time problems occurred in the Wat, Hmong American complained and the US officials warned of possible human right violation if Thai government took any action against Hmong in the Wat. The Thai National Security Council and the Ministry of Interior are to be blamed by the Thai people and Thai business firms, a Thai National Security Agent said to the Lao National Security Force in Vientiane.

The agent is a junior official from the Thai National Security Council, who said he is the one who worked with the Hmong people for so long and knows Hmong very well including General Vang Pao. The Thai agents presented a secret plan to Lao Security Force and said to finish the problem between Laos and Thailand is to destroy Hmongs in the Wat Thamkrabok. The relationship between the two countries is worth much more than the relationship between Thai and the Hmong. (This means some Thai agents are supporting the Hmong,) the agent said.

The plans are, first Thai National Security Agents, Immigration Officials, Polices, and other secret agents agreed to open a green light for Lao Secret Agents to bring Hmong Padaos (Hmong crafts) and opium to Thamkrabok by using Hmong girls or women in Laos who are trained to be secret agents and supervised by Lao and Thai agents in Thailand. This plan is to frame and make accusation against Hmong as opium traders, so they can witness for Thai police to arrest Hmongs.

Secondly, the agent hired Hmong and Thai and trained them as gunmen to kill the Hmong whomever they suspected as agents or supporters of the Hmong Freedom Fighters in Laos, including Hmong Americans whom they suspected as supporters of the Freedom Fighters who visit and tour Thailand as tourists.

There are about five to eight women agents in Thamkrabok. Another five to ten agents, men and women are assigned to Changwat Tak, Chiengmai, Chiengrai, Phayao, Nan, and Phetchaboun to observe and/or kill Hmong American and Hmong Thai whom they suspected as supporters of the Freedom Fighters. The plan is set and the activities are carrying and cooperating by both Lao and Thai National Security Agents, the source said.

Unfortunately, some Lao secret agents have notified the Hmong leaders in Laos who are members of the Lao National Assembly and the Politburo. These leaders still keep a low profile until now regarding to this matter, but they said they are going to investigate secretly and will observe for the next six months or so. If the plan still carries on they will write a petition to the UN to accuse Lao and Thai governments for doing drug trade, which violate the UN drug treaty, discriminatory against ethnic minority, and the human rights violation against minorities, the source said.
