1^st Shift Status Report

DATE: April / 2002

Hardware Status:

Laser printer serviced twice this past month, replacing a bad drive and belt. This caused delay in production output, but warrants went out as scheduled.

Computer Room Supply Status:

All paper ordered is onsite.

Schedule & Projects:

Working on transferring all Operations Procedures over to RoboHelp Software package.

Rewriting and updating all Unisys procedures.

Disaster Recovery Test (Weekend of April 20^th). Audrey and William will be running the test. The schedule is now in place.

K1 Database Reorg was successful on March 24^th.

Month-End falls on Sunday the 31^st.

Quarterly production runs begin on the night of April 5^th (Friday’s batch run).
