Report terms of reference

1. the extent of violations of religious freedom and probable causes of those violations

3. the most effective means by which the Australian government and NGO's can promote freedom of religion in the region and around the world.

The most insidious form of violation of religious freedom is the intrusion by a non-government religious organisation into the affairs of other religions, and the unlawful interference by government into religious affairs which are outside political jurisdiction since the Act of Separation.

The Church of England more than 300 years ago forced Parliament to pass a law forbidding the parliament from making any law relating to religion, this law created a separation of Church and State by exluding government from interfering in religious matters. The same law is now enshrined in the Australian Constitution S116. Religion is not a matter for parliament to interfere with.

With the rise of the Humanist religion, Christians have come under increasing persecution from abortionists, porn merchants, sex liberationists, radical feminists, homo-sexuals, alternative educationists, euthanasiasts, and left wing radicals.

Systematically, these "counter culture" Humanists have been pushing to vilify Christianity and to have all Christian based laws and community values removed as a rejection of (discrimination against) Christian society. It has been almost 1500 years since such a persistent, organised persecution of Christians last blotted the human landscape.

The homo-sexual movement is at the forefront of persecution of Christians, under the false and fraudulent claims for "gay" rights while systematically denying the rights of others. Homophile Gore Vidal writes;-

In February 1988, a "council of war" of 175 gay activists met in Warrenton, Virginia to wage war (described as "waging peace") on the culture, values and traditions of mainstream society. (see M Kirk and H Madsen "After the Ball", Plume, New York, 1989, 163).

Quotes;

A highly offensive homophile poem eroticising the crucifixion of Christ in which a Roman centurion revived the "still warm" body of the victim with repeated homosexual acts was published by the Australian Union of [gay] Students, "The love that dares to speak its name" Homosexual News Service Vol. 1, 1977, 28. The publisher of the same poem was successfuly prosecuted for blasphemous libel in Britain in 1976-77. (In A. Lansdown, Blatant, Gay and Proud, Cloverdale,WA: Perceptive Publications, 1984, 133-134).

The reason given by the Australian editors of Homosexual news for this shameful assault was;-

"As an act of blasphemy against Christians and all religious idiocy" (in Lansdown, ibid, 134).

The homophile anti-culture movement includes a group of bearded men who dress in nun's habit under the name "sisters of perpetual indulgence" they appear at major gay pride rallies and harassed the Pope on his last Australian visit. They have a "mother inferior" and enact anti-Christian rites and rituals celebrating lust, hedonism and decadence.

The lesbian anti-culture movement in Melbourne named a lesbian nightclub "Virgin Mary's" to offend Catholic Christians (Brother/Sister 4/4/96, p3). At easter weekend 6/4/96 the gay/lesbian ALSO foundation convened a "gay and lesbian warehouse party named "resurrection" (MSO 22/3/96 Back cover). The following year, the ALSO Foundation called the Easter gay and lesbian party 'Resurrection 2" featuring a half page picture of the virgin Mary with sacred heart. (Brother/Sister 20/3/97, p12).

The Lesbian Resource Centre, Melbourne, published "Lesbian Demands" (undated) as follows;-

"We demand that the Church recognise the validity of lesbianism. We demand the right for lesbians to participate fully in all activities of the Church" (Andrew Lansdown, Blatant, Gay and Proud, Cloverdale (WA): Perceptive Publications,1984, 132, emphasis added). That totalitarian attitude is like skinhead Aryan Fascists demanding the right to participate in a Jewish synagogue, or a white supremacist demanding the right to participate in an Aboriginal corobbaree.

The homophile newspaper Brother/Sister, Melbourne, published a feature article (Editorial) at Easter 1996 called "think past the egg" with a large cartoon of the crucifixion of Christ depicting two of the victims in homosexual acts while the third victim looked on drooling saliva (Brother/Sister 4/4/96, p9).

28th June 1996, Hundreds of gay and lesbian activists screamed "burn the Pope" threw paint bombs at his car and paraded in condom costumes while yelling abuse at the 76 year old leader of the Catholic Christian Church. (Melbourne Star Observer, 28/6/96).

This provocative and offensive site, by Alan and Steve contains links to an obscene picture of Christ being fellated by a priest under the title "Cocksuckers for Christ", and another page called "Dick Temple" introduced as "your place of worship on the web". This page features a distorted Church basilica extended to represent a phallus. It also provides "Jesus Christ Superstar" as an audio track.

A new pornographic website specifically vilifying Christianity is "The Church of Jesus Sex" featuring hard core pornography, plainly visible to minors, using Christian themes, and quasi Biblical quotes (http://www.sexchapel.com/).

NOTE It would be too tedious to list all the incidents of militant gay activists storming and disrupting Christian family Church services, with their chanting, obscenities and condom throwing.

There are two main streams of homophile and humanist anti-christians. The homosexual movement which created the world's first "Human Rights" movement in Nazi Germany (Scott Lively, The Pink Swastika: Homosexuals and the Nazi Party, Keizer, Oregon: Founders Publishing Company, 1995), and its accomplice, the Human Rights Commission now operating under the United Nations umbrella. While purporting to be a tribunal for "justice" the UN Human Rights commmission has maintained a systematic push for special "rights" for homosexuals. The blatant promotion of the homo-sexual movement by the Human Rights Commission is plain to see in their web pages and published papers.

Legal Framework (de-criminalise homo-sexual behaviour - infiltrate the law profession)

Public Institutions (de-medicalise homo-sexual behaviour - infiltrate the Psychology profession, seize control of public health and sex education; gay politics overuling medical knowledge and pathological data)

The Family (make the traditional family meaningless - force recognition of same sex marriage)

The Church (force the Church to accept homo-sexual behaviour - infiltrate the clergy)

The humanist (anti-Christian) Human Rights Commission is playing its part with a push to force the government to pass "freedom of religion" law. This gives government, and ultimately the humanist - homophile Human Rights Commission the legal power to control all Churches.

This law will force Churches to provide guarantees to all believers outlining their rights and benefits which includes the "right" of any believer to challenge and change the rules and beliefs of the Church and to presecute the Church for any violation of these "rights". (Read the Human Rights Commission report recommendations).

One of the "recommendations" of the Humanist Human Rights Commission is that whatever a group of people, no matter how loosely connected, defines as religion, it will be a religion and able to seek "protection" of the law.

The SEX Chapel, Church of Jesus Sex, defines itself thus:

For the first time in history, the homophile Human Rights Commission (inquisition) will have the power to decide what a Church can and can't say, teach, or do, and to punish anyone who prefers to believe the truth. The Human Rights Commission inquisition has repeatedly promoted false gay propaganda (1 in ten, born that way, can't change) and has systematically denied and suppressed the truth (one in a hundred, nurture- not nature, can and do change).

The homo-sexual movement has a large number of web pages describing its systematic strategy for destroying Christianity through a multiple assault;

1. Theology; revision of the Bible, denying that the Hebrew and Greek mentions homo-sexuals in caring, commited relationships. Using complex (but false) theological and lexical arguments, contrary to empirical evidence.
2. Claiming that the Church has faced and resolved major changes before, citing Bible texts to fool weak Christians. The change to Jewish Christianity, the change from women wearing hats and keeping silent, and now, the change to accepting homo-sexuals in all areas, marriage, ordination, etc
3. Direct action; presentable gays, out front and visible in a large number of Churches to push the boundaries, as they did in confronting first the medical profession and then the law.
4. Using the laws they have already changed, and are about to change, to force the Church to accept their demands for "gay" marriages and ordination of homo-sexual clergy who can then "officially" change the "teachings" of the Church to their way of thinking. They will soon be able to prosecute Christians, and the Church for refusing to do as homophiles demand.

Homo-sexuals in NSW are "protected" by a law which criminalises those who "in any way" say or do anything which may give offence to a homo-sexual. Penalty = $50,000 fine.

However, Christians, who, by and large inflict far less social and economic damage on society than homo-sexual lifestyles, do not enjoy the same level of protection under the law. Television programs like The Vicar of Dibley, and Father Ted, ridicule and vilify Christianity, and are extremely offensive to many Christians, yet there is no fine, and no prosecution of those who broadcast or produce such obnoxious materials.

Christians were offended by Andre Serrano who vilified Jesus Christ in a picture of the crucifixion immersed in Serrano's own urine. Serrano was rewarded by being allowed to exhibit his deliberately offensive material at the National Gallery in Melbourne.

Christians were offended by Marilyn Manson, a shock horror band which celebrates drugs, murder, sex, violence, and coarse language. Protests from the Christian community were ignored.

Christians were offended by the paedophile film Lolita, which was a propaganda promotion of the paedophile world view; that children like sex with adults, and that they initiate it. Christian protests were ignored and the film was allowed.

Christians are offended by baby killing. No 'mother to be' says "I am expecting a foetus". She says, and society agrees "I am having a baby". Yet an industry has grown up like a cancer in Australia, killing 100,000 babies each year. Again, the humanist religion seems to be favoured by politicians in violation of Christian beliefs and United Nations Rights of the Child humanitarian obligations.

Christian are offended by the homo-sexual Mardi Gras, and the blatant vilification of Christ and Christians in gay newspapers, but unlike homo-sexuals Christians have NO protection against such assaults. This means that;-

• Christians already have less rights than homosexuals, and are second class citizens

If the homo-sexual movement can get away with such special rights to silence and prosecute anyone who disagrees with their Doctrines, or their vilification of Christians now, how much more oppressive will the homo-sexual movement become once they get the new laws, and have removed the last shreds of protection, the exemptions for Christian organisations in anti-discrimination laws.

The homo-sexual movement's assault on the law, the medical profession, the family and the Church is linked to the wider struggle for socialism;-

"homosexual liberation is not possible under Capitalism" and "to live an 'out' gay life is to challenge the entire structure of social relations under capitalism and, by extension, is an active revolutionary process in so far as homosexuality itself is seen as 'innately' and contageously subversive" (Simon Watney, in Homosexuality:Power and Politics, Gay left collective, eds, New York: Allison & Busby, 1980, p69. Emphasis added)

"The left has often been backward on questions of sexual politics, and has rationalised that position by claiming that workers are not ready for a program which questions the role of the family, personal relationships or traditional sexuality. But if socialism is to mean more than a transfer of power from the ruling class to the working class, then all the apparatus [family, personal relationships, and traditional sexuality] which helps to maintain capitalism has to be attacked and has to be changed. ...the economic sphere cannot be seen as the only area of our lives which has to be revolutionalised in order to bring about the downfall of capitalism". (Bob Cant and Nigel Young, Homosexuality: Power and Politics, p 124) Emphasis added.

Note. On Saturday 19th June 1999, violent anti-capitalism riots synchronised world wide, destroyed property and endangered life. Cars were burned, windows smashed, police were injured by flying bottles, bricks and concrete blocks. (SBS News 6.30pm 19/6/99)

1. –alarm at extent of violations of religious freedom and probable causes of those violations

• The extent of violations of religious freedom is widespread and systematic. The cause is clearly the homo-sexual movement and the humanist Human Rights Commission and their inquisition against Christianity as the bedrock of western capitalism. In their own words, homo-sexual activists are intent on a politicial campaign to attack and change the cultural traditions and institutions of mainstream society, including the Church and the Family.

2. --implications for other human rights arising from a lack of religious freedom

• Persecution and systematic oppression of Christians by the homosexual movement and Human Rights Inquisition makes Christians second class citizens. The two pronged assault by these two humanist-socialist organisations deprives Christians and their communities of democratic civil and political rights. The homo-sexual vilification of, and systematic witch hunt against, Christians causes considerable distress, driving many people to despair, placing them at risk of suicide.

3. --the most effective means by which the Australian government and NGO's can promote freedom of religion here in Australia and around the world is as follows;

• The "Star Chamber" of the Humanist religion, namely the Human Rights Commission Inquisition should be disbanded and de-funded. Government, as a democratically elected and accountable body should never be subservient to a foreign religious non government organisation.
• We call on the Committee to utterly reject the inquisition by the humanist Human Rights Commission and their homo-sexual activist wing. Government has no jurisdiction for interfering in matters of religion.
• We call on the government to protect Christians from a systematic "witch hunt" by homo-sexuals with their ducking stool for "homo-phobes". A man who prefers females as intimate partners, rather than another man, is neither hateful or a homophobe, he is just normal and entitled to civil rights protection from homo-sexual religiously motivated "hate crimes".

Any further assault against, or vilification of Christians by homosexuals or any other group should be prosecuted for violation of civil and human rights. That includes producers and broadcasters of video or television programs which ridicule Christianity or the Church as a "hate crime".
