The United States is playing a dangerous child's game with Europe. The game is the war in Kosovo. In order to play with the kids on the next block, the Europeans, the United States pretends to be the big dumb kid who provides the toys and the money. We are providing 80 to 90 percent of the equipment and the costs for the war, but, before I get into any more of my observations, let us go back and review what George Washington had to say about entanglements with the Europeans:

Part of Washington's Farewell Speech in 1797 -" Against the insidious wiles of foreign influence, ( I conjure you to believe me fellow citizens) the jealousy of a free people ought to be constantly awake; since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of Republican Government.... The great role of conduct for us, in regard to foreign Nations, is extending our commercial relations to have with them as little political connection as possible.... Europe has a set of primary interests, which to us have none, or a very remote relation. Hence, she must be engaged in frequent controversies, the causes of which are essentially foreign to our concerns. Hence therefore it must be unwise in us to implicate ourselves, by artificial ties, in the ordinary vicissitudes of her politics, or the ordinary combinations and collisions of her friendships, or enmities.... Why, by interweaving our destiny with that of any part of Europe, entangle our peace and prosperity in the toils of European Ambition, Rivalship, Interest, Humour or Caprice? Tis our true policy to steer clear of permanent Alliances, with any portion of the foreign world."

We forgot your wisdom George, for we are now entangled in almost every controversy in the world through our alliances with NATO and the United Nations. Through NATO we are reestablishing Hitler's Third Reich (Third Way ) and at the same time through the United Nations we are attempting the rebirth of communism, with socialistic standards for all nations. We, as a nation in the twentieth century have fallen under the spell of European influence. To suit their goals, the Europeans tell us that we are the world leader, and it is our responsibility to police the world. We have become the big gullible kid on the next block; they use our toys and our money. If we were playing tag or hide-and-go-seek, we would be "IT" all the time. It is time to quit playing the game controlled by the Europeans, starting with the war in Kosovo.

We have no good reason to be there. Bombing women, children or hospitals rules out humanitarianism as a reason. Bill Clinton's domino theory appears to be a grasp for any old reason will do. It has worked to secure the people's blessing in the past, as in Vietnam; therefore it should work now. It is time for Bill to look into the camera lens and tell the people that "I have made another foolish mistake" and stop this insane war.

With the below average, nearly mindless children in positions of power in Washington, World War Three cannot be ruled out of the question. The Republicans support those who manufacture weaponry (The Merchants of Death). The Democrats wish to control the world and force socialism on everyone. This makes both parties a dangerous lot in power.

In my opinion, we don't need trigger locks on our privately held guns, we need trigger and idiot-proof locks on the massive weaponry controlled out of Washington D.C. Let's stop playing these games, it's time for the children to grow up and act like the leaders we elected them to be or maybe we should replace them with adults.
