Sikorsky Aircraft Sued by Employees for Racial Discrimination

In the summer of 1997 Sikorsky Aircraft's racially discriminatory employment policies and practices brought seven African-American employees together to file a complaint in US District Court against the Connecticut based aircraft manufacture.  This web page will keep you informed of the applicable laws and current events surrounding this case.  We will keep you posted on litigation and encourage your active participation in prosecuting violators of this legislation.  Furthermore, it is our intent to  remove the negative stigma tied to the rightful prosecution of corporate race discrimination violators.
