This premier healthcare system is comprised of the formerly seperate Montrose and Castle Point facilities within the Department of Veterans Affairs. Last year, the two facilities merged, creating one combined entity where both facilites share resources. Both campuses are located along the beautiful Hudson River in New York State, and, provide an excellent environment for the treatment of the regions veterans. While seperated by approximately 25 miles of Hudson Valley landscape, both are situated conveinent to all transportaion and roadway systems, and, are easily accessible to the areas veterans and their families. In all, the excellent medical care, combined with a genuine committment to quality and, family style concern for the patients of both facilites, have contributed to making this healthcare system a tremendous asset to the region. While both facilities are currently changing to meet the needs of both the agency, and the veterans they serve, all employees believe in putting "VETERANS FIRST."
