Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #60

Luis D. Barrera, President

Luis is a charter member of the South Texas Law Enforcement Lodge #60. He is the first elected president of our local lodge. Luis is currently assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division as a Sergeant Investigator with the Alice Police Department.


Rex S. Ramon, Vice President

Rex is a charter member of the South Texas Law Enforcement Lodge #60. He is the first elected vice president of our local lodge. Rex is currently assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division as a Sergeant Investigator with the Alice Police Department.


Raul David Valadez, Secretary - Treasurer

David is a charter member of the South Texas Law Enforcement Lodge #60. He is the first elected treasurer of our local lodge. David works for the Alice Police Department and is currently assigned to the Patrol & Traffic Division as a patrol officer. David is in his second term of office and now serves as both secretary and treasurer.


Lee S. Ramon, Conductor

Lee is a charter member of the South Texas Law Enforcement Lodge #60. He is the first elected conductor of our local lodge. Lee works for the Alice Police Department and is currently assigned to the Patrol and Traffic Division as a Corporal.


Reynaldo Aguilar, Guard

Rey is a charter member of the South Texas Law Enforcement Lodge #60. He is the first elected guard of our local lodge. Rey works for the Orange Grove Police Department where he serves as Captain.


Juan F. Garcia, State Trustee

Juan is a charter member of the South Texas Law Enforcement Lodge #60. He works for the Alice Police Department where he currently serves as a Corporal assigned to D.A.R.E. Juan was elected as state trustee in September of 1998 after the loss of Raul Villalpando Jr to the Texas DPS Academy. Juan completed D.A.R.E. Training in Laredo, TX in September of 98. He is also the Editor of the Thin Blue Line Lodge #60's newsletter.


Hector Zertuche Jr., Chaplin

Hector is a charter member of the South Texas Law Enforcement Lodge #60. He is our current elected chaplin of our local lodge. The frist Chaplin was brother Sean Wymore who resigned and left to Austin. Hector has picked up where Sean left off. Hector works for the Alice Police Department where is assigned to the Patrol & Traffic Division as a patrol officer.
