This website is meant as a presentation of Thomas Hvid - not that I have any revolutionary thing to tell the world, but more because I feel that I definately have to have a homepage of my own.

Starting out in 1995 on the all dominating Internet I have expirienced good and bad homepages. My own homepage is not great - but I certainly do not hope that it has landed in the category of the bad ones either :-)!

I have had a personal website since March 1997, and has made a lot of adjustments and makeovers. The current one has undergone a tremendous change, as I have rewritten the text, made new graphics, changed the structure, and finally also removed some pages. One of these is the Awards page, which was an opportunity to get an award made by me granted. The reason why this was removed, is that it took to much of my time, to check out submitted websites. 1000+ websites have received my awards, and you could have ended up here because you found it somewhere on the net.

And yes: I myself have designed all the graphics use throughout this site!

While I'm at the presentation of myself, why not mention a couple of things I have achieved so far:

• Got a well-paid and challenging job! (in 1999)
• Got married to my beatiful wife, Rie! (in 2000)
• Became 30 years old - without going down! (in 2001)
• Finished a higher education! (in 2001)
• Earned my Open Water Diver-certificate (in 2003)!
• Finished higher education #2! (in 2004)
• Bought a vacation house! (in 2004)
• Got a beautyful daughter, named Clara on Aug. 16 in 2005
• Moved from Copenhagen into our own house in at small town called Vipperoed (May 2006)!
• Not that I actually have achieved it, but worth mentioning: a semi-good health!

Hopefully these are to come:

• Win the grand prize in lotto!
• Travel around the world - or across USA in a van!
• Get my hands on the dreamcar of mine: A Subaru Impreza WRX Sedan 227hp!
