On A More Serious Note . . .

My name's Fifi, a native of Ghana and a junior at University of Minnesota. My major is Chemical Engineering .

I like having fun but I have not lost sight of the fact that the key to my success is my Educatation ( "Edemecation" , as some of my good friends put it ). Case in point , I'm not as good a QB as Michael Vick so I definitely need to study . But seriously though, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER (Sibi) and since I have been blessed with the opportunity to study at such a prestigious university , I'm not going to let my self or my family down .

For fun , I hang out with friends, watch movies, play video games or just chill at home. To those who binge drink , I salute you . . . but that's just not my style .

My fetish . . . Watches, Wrist Watches to be specific. If I could I afford it I'd buy a watch with every pay-cheque(check). Since I can't I own only 7 now.

Currently, I'm reading the Bourne Ultimatum . . . I probably won't finish it till the end of the year. Yes, I have a short attention span and am a slow reader. Check out Ruminations on College Life it's an awesome account on college life and I've been on the email subscription for almost two years now. It's my other reading "book".

My other festish . . . for some bizzare reason, I have this thing for for chicks with curly hair and a British accent . . . it's as simple as that. I don't ask for too much but it seems I've been cursed with meeting chicks with one but not both qualities . . . For instance, curly hair + ghetto fab accent . . . curly hair + Yaakor Chavez attitude . . . British Accent + No curly hair. . . So, I have decided not to look out for the crucial combo I want but just chill. Yes, I know it's only a hair style but it doesn't look good on every one. Sharap!
