Pictures are on the new site. They include these and others.

My daughter and I paused for a picture with Albert. We kept him in a large pasture which had three pecan trees.

Here are pictures of Albert and my daughters among the huge azaleas and live oak trees drapped in Spanish moss in Brunswick, GA.

In 1989, the great snow came to Brunswick. It covered the grass and stayed for three or more days! For South Georgia, that was a lot of snow. I think this was the first time Albert had seen snow. These pictures show how he felt about it.

Albert's goody bag was kept in the refrigerator. We filled it with outer leaves of lettuce; end pieces from loaves of bread; and peelings from carrots, apples, and even cooked sweet potatoes. In the early morning mist, he looked at the camera like he thought it was his goody bag until he sniffed it.

I have two other web sites. One is an author's home page, Breezy Bits, which is mostly for grown-ups. It has items from a column which my dad wrote for The Dillon Herald in Dillon, SC, many years ago. The site also has information about writing children's books as well as selling and promoting them. There is also information about self-publishing.

In addition to writing children's stories, I've worked as a school counselor and as a school psychologist. I've written books to help children in learn how to do better in school. You might check into my educational site, Learning Abilities Books, with your parents and teachers. I have books and free information for children pre-K through fifth grade to help make school work quicker and easier.

I've taken the @ sign out of my email address because of spam.
You can copy the bold print and replace the word, AT, with the sign.
