RUM DRINKS

ACAPULCO
1.5 oz Dark Rum
1 tbls Lime Juice
1.5 tsp Triple Sec
1 tsp Sugar (cane preferablly)
1 tsp Egg White
Combine and shake with ice. Strain over ice. Add sprig of mint

ALMERIA
1.5 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Cofee flavored Brandy
1 Egg White
Shake ingredients with cracked ice and strain

AMERICAN GROG
1 lump Sugar
1/4 Juiced Lemon
1.5 oz Dark Rum
Pour ingredients into heated glass. Fill with hot water. Stir.

APPLE PIE COCKTAIL
3/4 oz Dark Rum
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 tsp Apple Flavored Brandy
1/2 tsp Grenadine
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

APPLE RUM BRANDY
3/4 oz Applejack
3/4 oz Dark Rum
1/4 Lime
Pour applejack and rum into glass over ice. Fill with carbonated water. Squeeze lime and drop into glass. Stir.

BACARDI COCKTAIL
1.5 oz Bacardi Rum
1/2 Juiced Lime
1/2 tsp Grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

BETWEEN THE SHEETS
1/4 Juiced Lemon
1/2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Rum
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass

CANDYMAN
1 oz Rum
1 can Cream Soda
Pour together into tall glass over ice. Stir.

CREAMSICLE
(Special thanks to Jennifer Davis)
2 oz Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
4 oz Orange Juice
1/2 tsp grenadine
Mix and serve over ice.

CUBA LIBRE (Rum 'n Cola)
1/2 Juiced Lime
2 oz Rum
1 glass Cola
Fill highball glass with ice. Add ingredients. Stir.

DERBY DAIQUIRI
1/2 oz Rum
1 oz Orange Juice
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Sugar
Combine all ingredients with ice in blender. Blend at low speed. Pour into champagne glass.

DEVIL MADE ME DO IT
2 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
Blend with ice. Add black olive.

EL PRESIDENTE
1 Juiced Lime
1 tsp Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Grenadine
1.5 oz Dark Rum
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

FROZEN DAIQUIRI
1.5 oz Rum
1 tbsp Triple Sec
1.5 oz Lime Juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 cup cruched ice
Combine all in blender. Blend at low speed for five seconds. Then switch to high speed until daiquiri is firm. Pour into high glass and top with a cherry.

MINT DAIQUIRI
2 oz Rum
1 tbsp Lime Juice
6 Mint Leaves
1 tsp Sugar
Combine all in blender with cup of ice. Blend at low speed. Pour into glass.

RUM COBBLER
2 oz Rum
2 oz Carbonated Water
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Various Fruits
Dissolve sugar in carbonated water. Fill glass with shaved ice. Add water abd Rum. Stir and decorate with fruit.

RUM RICKEY
1/2 Juiced Lime
1.5 oz Rum
2 oz Carbonated Water
Pour into highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water. Stir. Add wedge of lime.
