Hello there and welcome to my homepage. My name is Josh Stephens and if you want to know anything about me, you have come to the right place.

No updates in awhile, I know.   I am actually waiting to redesign the whole webpage but I haven't sat down yet and planned things out.   Its about time I change everything on here but it takes some time and time is something I don't have a lot of right now.   The only thing going on right now is I'm getting ready to compete at the Arnold Classic here in Columbus.   It is an awesome event and this is my first year actually competing in the martial arts festival.   I'm trying to get over an injury in my lower leg which is prohibiting me from jumping.
