    SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM ALPHA PHI ALPHA NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS

     

  • Eastern Region Convention will be held from April 19, 2001 through April 22, 2001 in Buffalo, New York.

  • The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. National Convention will be held from Thursday, August 2, 2001 through Tuesday, August 8, 2001 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

  • Congratulations to Bro. Harry Johnson the new President elect of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

     

    UPCOMING EVENTS OF KAPPA EPSILON LAMBDA.

  • Brothers from the chapter will be participating in male mentoring/tutoring at Woolridge Elementary School in Hyattsville, Maryland on Saturday, April 28, 2001.

  • Brothers from the chapter will be participating in the March of Dimes Walkathon on Sunday, April 29, 2000 at 9:00 a.m. at Watkins Regional Park in Kettering, Maryland. The goal of this event is to raise sponsors and awareness in an effort to help prevent birth defects.  

  • The Seventeenth Annual Black and Gold Ball of our chapter will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at the Officers Club on Andrews Air Force Base in Camp Springs, Maryland. Come join the brothers as they present scholarship awards to outstanding Prince George's County high school students. For ticket information call Bobby Davis (301)899-3066.
