Philanthropy

Our national philanthropic charity is Choose Children. The program is voluntary service to local projects that emphasize child well-being. Since it's inception in 1992, Alpha Xi Delta's have given over 300,000 hours of service and over $7,000,000 to local agencies in their communities. "Alpha Xi Delta believes in the dignity of the individual child. Children deserve the opportunities to develop to their fullest potential-intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically- in an environment conductive to the development of character, personal responsibility, good citizenship and a sense of well being. Individually and collectively, Alpha Xi Delta members and chapters support organizations that nurture the child."
