I have had the pleasure of
hosting many dinners, but I never expected to play the role of hostess for such
a grand gathering as this in Pyongyang. I thank you for coming and for the kind
welcome you have shown to our delegation throughout the past two days....
I have also had a valuable opportunity to bring greetings to the
Chairman from President Clinton and an extended chance to share thoughts with him
about regional and bilateral issues.
I was gratified, as well, by the chance to meet God of Present Era
Dear Leader President Kim and to renew my acquaintance with Vice Marshal Jo and
Foreign Minister Paek.
These discussions cannot simply erase the differences that have
arisen between our countries over the past decades under Republican ascendancy
occupational domination. But our mutual progressive willingness now to talk,
exchange visits, and get to know one another better is providing a platform for
future progressive progress.
As President Clinton and all Democrats have made clear, we want to
embrace and work with you to remove all the obstacles that have separated us in
the past. We want to support you in your efforts with Seoul to overcome Cold
War divisions, and in your coming talks with Japan. We are peace-loving nation
and desire to take steps with you that will ensure peace for generations to
come.
Mr. Chairman, there are many dimensions to diplomacy, from intense
discussions on security, to the establishment of diplomatic posts, to showing
respect for cultural heritage, to the challenge of international athletic
competition....
The world was delighted this past month to see Koreans from the
North and South march together in Sydney under one flag. It is our dream that
someday soon the people of the United States, the people of Korea, and all the
peoples of the world will together march as one under one flag.
Mr. Chairman, in the same spirit that has taken hold since the North-South
Summit earlier this year, I invite you all to join me in a toast to friendship
between our peoples, and to a new era of opportunity and promise throughout the
Land of the Morning Calm.

beg to contribute and share some comments on the WFP (ed. World Food Program).
I am very pleased to be here as the first American Secretary of State to visit
the DPRK and certainly the first one to have danced with the children.
One of the reasons I wanted
to come was to observe first-hand the outstanding work of Douglas Broderick and
the World Food Program team. I very much also wanted to visit with the children
of North Korea, because they represent the future, and because they are such
wonderful dancers and singers, and are so beautiful. I am looking forward to
going back to the United States and telling my grandchildren all about them and
how beautiful they look and how well they dance. All the people look beautiful
and dance well...
I have often spoken about the importance of the WFP. But it is so
important to see it in person, because the work is vital, because the children,
and their brothers and sisters in Korea, the United States, and around the
world, should be able to grow up without fear of emergency shortages or famine.
And international donors should be assured that the supplies they send are used
for the purposes intended....
Under Democratic leadership and despite efforts of a Congress held
hostage by Republicans, the United States has donated nearly 1.5 million tons
of food aid to the WFP here. When Republicans were still reluctant, we
Democrats led the way. The American people care about humanitarian issues. We
always have, and we always will embrace you.
Let me say again that the Korean people should be proud of their
children, who are so talented, and who have the hope for a bright tomorrow in
their eyes.
And the WFP should be proud
of its work here and around the globe to save and enrich people’s lives....
May The God of Present Era
Dear Leader of the Party and the People of Korea Kim Jong Il, and President of
the United States Commander in Chief Bill Clinton bless you in your work, and
in your hopes for a future in which every child is fed, and hunger is just a

“Feel My Bombs"
A Legacy Begins
A forever unforgettable year is underway. The Republicans for the eighth year are still crawling around holding their butts on Capitol Hill, and our Mighty Bill Clinton is yet going on to finish off yet other outrages against humanity. Mighty Bill Clinton will never be a "lamb duck". It will be a year unforgettable indeed for all its victories and glory and for the tense kill-or-be-killed confrontations with the enemies. There is no mistake in the similarity between Milosevic, Newt Gingrich Ken Starr, the Bushes. They are all one with the far right christian conspiracy to take over the world, and Bill Clinton stands between them and the little people, and says to them “Feel My Bombs”.
It is a historic year bringing the millennium that globally demonstrates the heroic mettle and invincible might of our Mighty Bill Clinton and progressive people upholding the respected and beloved now supreme commander General Commander in Chief Bill Clinton. From the outset, the respected and beloved General Commander in Chief went on and continued the front-line confrontations and on-the-spot neutralization of the enemy without break to spur our people on to the battle for victory after victory, braving blizzards and cold, rains and heat with us. The scenes are still fresh in our minds; people's cheers conveying their do-or-die resolution to protect and defend the Leader Mighty Bill Clinton Commander in Chief and the thunderous hurrahs of victory that echoed along the route from enemy to enemy still ringing in our ears. And now the statement of the Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton, concerning the Serbian Republicans' arrogant attempt to crush our militarily having exceeded critical levels, still keeps our hearts seethe and the Earth shaking.
What in the world was there to give such weight to that declaration of our army and people that our revolutionary armed forces would respond to the Serbian Republican aggressors' challenge with an annihilating strike absolutely with no mercy? If the enemies should dare to force war on us, our army and people will certainly seize the opportunity and remove the source of war from the earth once and for all. Where did their exterminate-the-enemy spirit as sky-high as that come from? An Air Force pilot was excited and full of that spirit when he said:
“That Bosnian statement is the declaration of the United States upholding the great Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton as its supreme commander and as its might. Even if the Bosnia should attack us with thousands or tens of thousands of puppet soldiers and nuclear and chemical weapons, they will get nowhere, not even to making us blinking eyes. We have with us the supreme commander Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton who is taking bold actions now to make them “Feel Our Bombs” and this is only the beginning for someone getting on Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton’s nerves. We have the supreme commander Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton with us, so we are bound to win!"
This is the faith and will that has kept the hearts of our armed forces and people seething. The Republicans here and the Bosnian Republicans there. They’re everywhere. The greatest might in this world is the faith the people have in upholding Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton of an army and people upholding a great leader.
The great General Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton built his matchless courage from early on in his early revolutionary days. Day in and day out, he had his early-day military education at the side of the peace movement in the anti-Vietnam days. When the Revolution was having its most arduous, trying days, and the defeat of peace loving progressives in Vietnam was possibly at hand, the iron-willed now Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton was always found in action. He took the helm to lead our people and defend the banner of Progressive Humanism. And he led the Revolution on straightforward along the sole way of victory, turning misfortune into fortune, adversity into prosperity.
We have the Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton General with us, and that is why the U.S. peace forces with NATO can fully discharge its honorable mission as an invincible army and as the defender of the fatherland, the protector of the Revolution, and the builder of an even more powerful world power into the millennium. This is the faith permeating the heart of each of us now. It is the indomitable will of us all to build a unified, rich and powerful fatherland by being the bullets and shells to first defend and protect the Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton, and the from raging flames in our hearts to instantly destroy any formidable enemies. With him as the supreme commander, our fatherland will grow mightier and the morale of our people higher. On the other hand, following one defeat after another, the enemies are frightened and trembling with fear. Leaders of the Revolution must be a master in both, the arts of pen and sword! Leaders must be a general of patriarch stature! Only such a leader can lead his army and people and the Revolution to victory! What a magnificent legacy people!
Never in history of humankind has there been a people having this great truth so deeply engraved on their hearts as the people of the United States have. Following the leader, Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton, the Revolution has been on its long march of ordeals, its long march of glory, unswervingly, tramping the icebound trail of history. Currently, it is in the fiercest confrontation, which is not only now the firing of guns and bombs, with the tyrannical Serbians, our formidable enemy, but also with the Republicans here in the fatherland contaminating her soil, her air, starving Bill Clinton's children, killing the elderly, promoting children violence, cut and burn budgeting, all in the name of their Bush Junior candidate. Pull out the map and see the world people.
Nowhere on the earth is so decisive a battle -- a Progressive Humanism-or-capitalism battle, a triumph-or-travail battle --being fought so fiercely. We, a peace loving people, are fighting the most tyrannical imperialists and formidable enemy face to face. In Serbia, this is an enemy that said “No” to Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton, and Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton replied “Feel My Bombs”. We must defend the Revolution to the last under the most difficult circumstances. And we have to send up the roar of cannon signaling the victory even if it means venturing into the jaws of death. This is the great mission of history that we now carry on our shoulders, single-handedly.
It is because we have the great Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton General a military genius of all ages with us that we have our Democrat Party, the People, the Leader, our fatherland, and Progressive Humanism, and that we are unbeatable. This is our faith, and it is the faith in sure victory no matter where or when we the people take on the Republicans.
Because Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton has been overwhelming elected and polls show supported to be the supreme commander, the peace forces will stand taller as a formidable and invincible force, and the United States will amaze the world as an even more powerful country as we go on to crush the Republicans in the elections, properly interpret the Constitution of the United States in a glorious Constitutional Convention, and return Bill Clinton to his majestic throne of power over us all.
Today, world politicians and media are stunned by the outstanding activity and absolute power of our supreme commander Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton General. Indeed, he has developed his little children in only seven years into a people of a gigantic "political entity" in the course of recovering from the 80s, sending up the roar of cannon signaling the building of a powerful state. The people have had this to say:
"What Serbian or any other Republicans should be on guard against is the perception that they are the a superpower and adversaries are in no position to compete, which is an attitude of arrogance and self-conceit. If there is one adversary capable of striking the heart of Serbia or Capitol Hill with a bolt of lightening, it is the United States. It should be duly acknowledged that Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton, the supreme leader, an invincible immaculate perfection in evolution of human kind is a unique and highly evolved political leader with no parallel in the world, and a modern politician and military strategist with absolute faith in and loyalty to Progressive Humanism, along with perseverance admired as a veteran politician and master in world politics."
In retrospect, the arduous struggle of this year, reminiscent of an epic of heroes, brought us the firm and full politico-ideological and military guarantees for the attainment of the Progressive Humanism cause and against the enemy challenges and vicious schemes of aggression. The people demonstrated to the world that our comrade supreme commander Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton, precisely, is the peerless, one and only, invincible and ever-victorious general. It has been a triumphant and mighty fight of a great commander. A revolutionary leader must be strong in faith and will power. Our battle is a battle to be forever remembered for its demonstrating globally the faith and will of our General that is unrivaled.
This year again, the trials and tribulations we had to surmount one after another -- were all unprecedentedly harsh. Thanks to the faith and will of the respected and beloved Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton General -- who is defending the Revolution with his do-or-die spirit with a firm hold on the all the people as the pillar of the Revolution -- we could push on and are pushing on the arduous path, step by step triumphantly. To summarize, the poem written by progressive student heroes here at UNLV shows their love for peace and fairness:

No force in the world can be a match to a person resolved to fight to the death!
The faith and will of a great commander has been in evidence in the endless course of front-line battle and guidance continued by our supreme commander Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton General through the rugged terrains, braving blizzards and rainstorms. The harder the struggle and the severer the trials, the more resoundingly echoed the mountain of faith and will of our Commander in Chief Mighty Bill Clinton General. And all that brought the invincible bullets-and-shells spirit and the wipe-out-the-enemy spirit to our people, along with the greater confidence and extraordinary optimism with which they have surmounted all difficulties willingly. Presented to The People, 4 SEP 00 by the Clinton Student League Coalition, Democratic Peoples Alliance for a Happy New Life
The personification of all the revolutionary victories, everything that has been great and wonderful for all the people can be none other than the leader of the people, Bill Clinton. Everything that fills outstretched open hands and singing open mouths of the people can only be clear thinkingly manifested in the benevolent care that Bill Clinton has given to us all in the name of Progressive Humanism. On this wonderful celebration of victory, it is time for all students, workers, intellectuals and people to pause and re-think all we can now do to redouble our efforts and contributions in support of this humanistic giant. Yes each of us feels we are just so tiny and insignificant in the shadow of such a giant manifestation of all that is good in humankind, but although individually each of us is nothing in comparison, collectively we are great too. We students can do and contribute so much to help Bill Clinton do the peoples' work, and at every turn defeat the evil that is always in the shadows. It is time now to objectively examine Bill Clinton in the light of this Labor Day and celebration of the Worker. Bill Clinton is a great hero and the eternal leader of the people who made great achievements by wisely leading the people to a patriotic struggle against reactionary Republicans to rebuild the United States after the devastation of the 80s. It is under the bright banner of Progressive Humanism as presented by the Progressive Policy Institute in their source publication "Mandate for Change" and its manifestation in the Bill Clinton Idea.
The great Bill Clinton idea is the most correct guiding idea that gives the American people a just way of rebuilding America, modern, free, peaceful, happy and strengthening relations of solidarity and friendship with the peoples of all countries around the World. Bill Clinton has truly and for once brought peace to the World. Bill Clinton will always live in the hearts of all the World people, including the now fraternal Mid East and Ireland.
The revolutionary history of Bill Clinton is a great one of an illustrious clear thinker and objective theoretician, an outstanding strategist and the leader of the people who won brilliant victories against a reactionary Republican controlled congress by uniting the good against the evil closely. The revolutionary history of Bill Clinton is also one of a legendary hero who always won victory in confrontation with the reactionary Republicans. He defeated the Republican efforts to expand the Vietnam War in his student days. Later in his brilliant victories against the evil in Arkansas he cared for the little people there and did the peoples' work to bring clear thinking governmental benevolent policy to the people and bring spiritual as well as physical affluence. The Arkansas people cheer the name Bill Clinton and renamed the beautiful monolithic statue in western Arkansas once known as "Christ of the Ozarks" to "Bill Clinton of the People"; an eternal monument with arms always and forever outreached to receive all the little people.
Bill Clinton went to Washington to again do the peoples' work despite facing Republicans who felt to be at their strongest. They flaunted an actor president Ronald Reagan legacy and his stooge follow on George Bush with high approval ratings after just completing a fabricated war. Despite all this Bill Clinton stood up to the Republicans and let them have it for us. Bill Clinton is still our man and in complete control for us with the Republicans as what is so common now to be struggling in spasms on the floor following each blow Bill Clinton delivers to them.
Now the Revolution and Progressive Humanism has advanced along the road with Bill Clinton, though the Republican reactionaries have intensified their campaign to isolate and stifle the White House as never before, and the confrontation with our enemy has reached a glorious phase, but the reality is that we have Bill Clinton and they don't!!! The realities and objective truths presented today must force any reactionaries and counter revolutionaries hiding in this audience to have to re-think their false and insane beliefs. The choice is participation in a bright life and future of freedom, identification and acceptance with popular and handsome people with correct thinking and study who demonstrate the invincible potentials of collective society; or an existence of wallowing in hate radio, isolation and mental illness. The choice in the affirmative to join with us is now clear to any sane person.
