The secretary organised a 10 mile walk through the grounds of Wentworth Woodhouse for her local walking group, visiting the main follies, the crypt in the old church, the bear pit and ending the day with a meal at "The Rockingham Arms". Visiting the Mausoleum and Hoober Stand has to be arranged through the Estate Office and there is a small entrance fee.
