Trainees who do not reach this level may retake the exams, but need to pass at an 85% level. Trainees who take the final a third time must pass at a 90% level. The maximum number of times that a trainee can take the online final is three times and the skills final can be taken twice. For those trainees who are not successful, the training instructor will determine the level of remediation or intervention required, such as the repeat of the session, on-line modules, seminars, on-site remediation, etc..
