President Cecil Crabtree

Cecil Crabtree is a senior music education major attending West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas. Cecil currently holds a 3.5gpa and is involved in marching band, concert band, symphonic band, saxophone quartet, and flute choir. Cecil has been a brother of Kappa Kappa Psi since the fall of 1996. He has served as the president, vice president, and assistant vice president of the Alpha Psi chapter. He was also the 1998 Northwest Area Workshop co-chairman, bid presenter for the New ALTO publication at the 1998 SWD Convention, and delegate at the 1999 SWD Convention and at the 1997 and 1999 National Conventions. He has attended numerous workshops, rituals, social events, and written articles for both the New ALTO and Podium publications.

David O'Neill is a student at Texas Tech University. He is a brother of the Alpha Omicron Chapter, but his original initiation was at Angelo State University, the Epsilon Kappa Chapter.

Governor Brent Cannon

Brent Cannon was initiated into the Gamma Phi Chapter at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX in Spring 1984. He was chapter president from 1985-1987 and was District VI (now Southwest) President from 1986-1987. Mr. Cannon has been the Southwest District Governor since 1995. He graduated from SFA in May 1987 with a music education degree and taught 7th Grade Band in Nacogdoches for three years. Currently, He is the Junior High Band Director in Carthage since 1990. His bands have received the UIL Sweepstakes Award every year since school year 1988-89. Also, Brent is currently married to his Amber and their child Blair.
