This page contains a list of scheduled project events. We maintain the following prioritized list of what we're working on this week, and what we plan to do for the remainder of the semester:

Events

Arabic Dinner

• To Be Announced

  The Arab Students Association annually hosts an Arabic dinner. This year tickets are to be $7 or you may bring something (it's potluck). The exact date is not yet set although it is planned for sometime during Ramadan.

  

Arabic Chat Night:

• To Be Announced:

  The "Arabic Chat Nights" take place at the Union coffee house at 7pm on Thursdays. Students learning Arabic will have the chance to practice their Arabic with native speakers of the Language. They will be announced in the Arabic classes. Everybody who wants to come, drink a little coffee, and have fun is more than welcome.

  

  Friday October 20th:

  • International Bazaar Display:

    On Friday, October 20th, the ASA will participate in the "International Bazaar"
    organized by the "International Student Association" by preparing a display of Arab items. Anyone interested in placing any items please e-mail the ASA.

    

  To Be Announced:

  • Arab Movie Night:

    Periodically the Arab Student Association hosts viewings of Arab Cinema. There is no charge; this is a free event. Everyone is most definitely welcome to come.
