Mt. Sinai???
We may never know for certain if Jabal Al-Lawz is the actual Mt. Sinai, but it's still an interesting conjecture.
An archeological site fencing in what appears to be some man-made piles of rocks. Are these boundary markers?

The mountain is located inside a military facility. We were allowed in, but were unable to climb the mountain itself. You can see the mountain in the back ground.

The best view of the mountain was from within the military compound. Unfortunately, this is inaccessible to tourists.
