Bacon Beans Yummy
Two 1lb. Bags white northern beans
24 rounds tablespoons of white sugar
2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 tablespoon red wine with garlic
1 onion dice
1 pound extra lean bacon 1 Pak
14.oz Heinz 57 tomato ketchup per pound of beans 1 lb.
1 tablespoon molasses
Ok so how do you cook the beans? This is how
First you soak the beans for one night.
Then you boil the bean until tender but not to mush either.
Then added the Dry ingredients and bake for
about four hours total cover with aluminum Foil350 hundreds degree
bake at least three hours to cook beans
1 hour with bacon take foil off last hour
Make sure to keep moist until your ready to
dry them out the last hour before serving
