(2) First Greek Letter Fraternity to be recognized by Howard University (April 15, 1914). Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. wasn't recognized until October 28, 1914.
(3) First to hold a joint International Convention with another African-American Fraternity (Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.).
(4) First to be offered a chance to merge with another Fraternity (Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.). No way!!!... but thanks for the offer.
(5) First to establish a constitutional bond with a Sorority (Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.).
(6) First to establish a youth auxilliary program (Sigma Beta Club).
(7) First to own and operate a Credit Union for its members.
(8) First to establish Chapters in the Continent of Africa.
(9) First to establish Graduate/Alumni Membership.
(10) First to establish a Graduate/Alumni Chapter.
