    The Gadfly is a student-run publication in consultation with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto. Affiliated organizations include the University of Toronto Pre-Med Society and Club for Undergraduate Biomedical Engineering (CUBE). Our objectives are: 
     
    1. to enhance the understanding of the reality of the medical profession and the nature of medical education,
    2. to update and remind students of issues concerning the medical school admission requirements and the process involved,
    3. to instill a genuine interest in the study of medicine and an awareness of medically-related issues.
