About Me
I'm a Post Dacteral Research Assoicate Food Science at the North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC.

My research interests include Nonthermal Processing (High Hydrostatic Pressure), Food Microbiology and Food Safety.

Advisor
My advisors were Dr. Barry G. Swanson for M.S. degree at Food Science and Human Nutrition, Washington State University, Pullman, WA. and Dr. MaryAnne Drake. She is a professor at department of Food Science, NCSU, Raleigh, NC. I am woking on determining how sublethal stresses in food processing impact microbial survival (V vulnificus, E. coli O157:H7) virulence and detection of microorganisms with RCR and RT-PCR. Moreover, I am working on comaprison between microwave processed milk and UHT processed milk.
