Alpha Tau Chapter

       Alpha Tau was founded May 9th, 1925 by four members of Pi Chapter. Over the many years, AT has produced many well known gentlemen throughout the nation and the community. From the First
Black Graduate of the University of Akron, founders of the local
Grad Chapter(Eta Tau Lambda), judges, police chiefs, campus and community leaders, and a past General President, James R. Williams. Alpha Tau has the highest graduation percentage among any other organization on campus.
