BioMedNet is an impressive site, containing abstracts and some full text articles from a variety of journals. BioMedNet features a Medline search as well as its own award-winning magazine, the HMS Beagle. This site also requires a free registration. Another good starting point is Achoo, an index of categorized medical sites broken down into Human Health & Disease, Business of Health, and Organizations and Sources or go straight to their site search. Similar to Achoo, Medical Matrix is another guide to clinical medical resources on the internet. This site is neatly categorized and features an especially impressive Stat Search function. Also try the Doctor's Guide to the Internet and their posting of information on recently approved drugs/indications.
