Our goals are:
• We put on the fall and spring semester Student Art Shows and Art (Pottery) Sales, as well as other events, such as workshops, lectures, and demonstrations.
• We organize off-campus trips to art events, galleries, and museums. These trips may last from a few hours to several days.
• We have a virtual gallery on-line, The Evan Crossley E-Gallery (http://welcome.to/Crossley). We hope to continue to photograph works of students and others connected to the college's Art Department, and then scan them onto our site and display them.
This club always needs people to participate in its meetings, planning, and events.
Who can join:
• Students are automatically associate members while taking a credit art course, whether they participate in the Club or not.
• Students may be honorary members in the Club while taking a Continuing Education art course, if they participate in the Club.
To join: We understand that classes and work must take precedence over our meetings.
To receive Club E-Mails:
• We try to bring art awareness to our campus.
• Anyone enrolled at the college, credit or Continuing Education, can join in our activities.
• Anyone paying a student activity fee (in the non-summer terms) is encouraged to become a member. Taking an art course is not a requirement.
