Music

Music is a large part of my life. I am often singing or humming. I've been in chorus since 2nd grade. My schedule won't allow time for chorus anymore. I like to sing silly songs, like "Otto Titsling" from Beaches, and "Twisted" by Joni Mitchell. In fact, I sing those songs all the time. It drives my friends very crazy. I even wrote the lines to "Twisted" on the computers in chem lab in scrolling marquee on the screen saver. I'll write down the words, or what I know of them, to both.

I also used to play the French horn. I really liked it. I was using my high school's French horn, and I can't afford to buy one, since they cost anywhere from $3,000 to $5,000. Even used horns are up in the $1000 and $2000 range. But I love the smooth sound of the French horn. It gives a band or orchestra a classy sound.

I love most kinds of music, but I can't stand country!! Especially the country singers that are taking over my radio stations. I hate when I'm listening to a good station, and all the sudden I here "Man, I feel like a woman." I don't get it. Why are the rock stations playing that crap?? If you listen to country, fine, but leave it in the country stations.
I can't say I have a favorite singer or band though my favorite song has to be Little One Mine by Turtle Island String Quartet. But some of my favorite groups and songs are:
