One day a group of monkeys were watching curiously the two fishermen throw a net in the river to catch some fish .They did this repeatedly and each time caught many fish which they placed in a basket .After sometime the two fishermen went to have their lunch. Three of the monkeys who were watching curiously came down to find out about the net .the monkeys took the net threw it in the river and trying to imitate the fishermen. They got entangled in the net .The net fell over them full of fear they tried to remove the net. At last the fishermen returned and were very angry monkeys spoiling the net. They whacked (beat) the monkeys. The monkeys quickly ran up the tree not to touch the net again.
