VoyForums is a free service provided by Voyager Info-Systems . By using our message board within this system, you indicate that you understand the following:
Voyager reserves the right to suspend or terminate without notice your access to VoyForums and/or your message board for any reason and at Voyager's sole discretion. The right to delete a message board or refuse service to any individual includes but is not limited to the reasons specified in this agreement.
You understand that VoyForums is able to be provided free to you because it is paid for by revenues resulting from Voyager selling advertising space on the VoyForums website; this includes, but is not limited to, pages set up by Voyager as well as individual message boards.
They reserve the right to delete any message board for any reason, including but not limited to boards containing or linking to the following types of content:
You will use VoyForums in a manner following any and all applicable laws and regulations and will not post or transmit any data on VoyForums or to any VoyForums members or employees any illegal material or material that infringes upon another parties rights. Additionally, your forum and the posts in your forum may not contain material of sexually-oriented, adult, pro-racist or pro-hate-related nature, nor may you post warez or software in any form including but not limited to raw, encoded, or encrypted data. Furthermore, posts must not include any data other than plain text or HTML code and, as the administrator of the message board you create, you are responsible for any posts made to the message board you create which contain unnacceptable data.
You understand that this free message board service is paid for by revenues resulting from the sale, by Voyager Info-Systems, of advertising space on individual message boards .
