Dan Molseed, Engineering Intern???

The results of my EIT examination were mailed to me recently. I received a certificate and a congratulatory letter from the South Dakota Board of Technical Professions stating I received a PASS score. It would be nice to have the results of each section to see how I did, but I guess a PASS score will do.

So, my official title is either Engineering Intern or Engineer In Training. The EIT exam is the first of two tests engineers take to become a Professional Engineer (P.E.) I'm not exact on the numbers but I would say most people do not take the PE exam, but pretty much everyone takes the EIT. SDSU requires engineering students to take the EIT before graduation.

Does this web site look new to you?

Just another makeover for the Greymole web. I believe this is the 2nd major change and I must say it is the most drastic. If you don't like it, build one for yourself I say.

Are you wondering where www.greymole.com went? Well the downfall of the .com's hit home too. But, for every "bad" thing that happens a good one shows up sooner or later. That web address had advertisements and such, but now if you point your browser to http://greymole.n3.net you can get to my geocities web page. No advertisement, just a good service that is free.

What about the myHTTP Server and myFTP Server links on the home page? These links are to a web server and an FTP server that are hosted on my personal computer. These only work when I have the programs running, and are mainly for my personal use.

San Diego Vacation

The summer of 2000 has passed, and we are already halfway thru the summer of 2001. During last summer, Clay and I decided to head west and bum around San Diego for a week. We had a blast, and you can view some pictures of our vacation.

About some things on this page...

Want a .n3.net domain name for free?

Need a personal server?

Take a walk on over to the Greymole Recommendations page. This is a list of programs or things found on the internet that I would/have/or will use that I would recommend to you.
