The Kappa Phi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was chartered at the University of Maryland - College Park on January 26, 1974 by eleven phenomenal women. These courageous women began a tradition and chapter that today is still committed to the ideals of Sisterhood, Scholarship and Service.
